Avalere Health

Supporting the digital rollout of a major healthcare rebrand.

Over several months I worked with the healthcare communications agency Fishawack during its transformation into Avalere Health — a significant rebrand that brought together 19 acquired healthcare agencies under one unified identity.

Working within a multi-disciplinary team, my role as a UI designer was to help translate the evolving brand vision into a cohesive digital experience across the company’s web presence and supporting platforms.

UI design and digital rollout

As the new brand identity developed, I worked closely with the wider design and development teams to apply the visual system consistently to existing, and brand new areas of the website. A major focus of the work was ensuring the new digital experience reflected both the scale of the organisation and the breadth of services offered across the combined agencies. This included designing interface systems, responsive layouts, and interactive web components that balanced clarity, accessibility, and visual consistency.

The work spanned the design of the new Avalere Health website alongside associated web platforms, helping establish a flexible UI foundation that could support the organisation’s evolving digital presence.

Outcome

The project formed part of a large-scale rebrand and digital transformation initiative, helping unify multiple healthcare agencies under a single modern digital identity.

Working within a collaborative environment, the role allowed me to contribute across interface design, visual systems, and digital brand implementation while supporting the rollout of a cohesive and scalable online experience.
